The Big Work Store is operated by Holosphere BV - COC/KVK 663 996 53 - VAT/BTW NL 856 535 084 and provides custom hosting solutions. We provide online information infrastructure that enables network or data services for our clients, such as through backup, monitoring or hosting their data or website. In this process we base ourselves on best practices in open source software and security. As such, all our services are provided under a 'best effort' understanding, whereby Holosphere BV will make every reasonable effort to provide the service ordered by the client.

However, there may be circumstances in which this simply cannot be maintained due to external circumstance, since Holosphere BV relies on code and infrastructure from third parties in providing these services. In those cases, Holosphere BV will communicate to the client why the service has been suspended and will either reinstate or terminate the service, or seek to provide adequate replacement, at our discretion, in cooperation with the client.

Holosphere BV can not be held liable for problems or damages arising to the performance of their services, unless and only if an explicit Service Level Agreement has been signed by both parties and is paid for in full by the client. Should a judge in a civil arbitration suit hold Holosphere BV liable notwithstanding the previous condition, then this liability is limited to the last monthly service fee installment paid for the service.

In the case of civil arbitration between Holosphere BV and the client, the judicial domicile is the Netherlands and all transactions and contracts with our clients fall under Dutch rule of law. Any judicial arbitration will take place under Dutch jurisdiction.
